Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded white cabbage
- 3 eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 50g sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons flour
- Vegetable fat for frying
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
2. Add sour cream (or Greek yogurt), cornstarch, and flour to the cabbage mixture. Stir until a thick batter forms.
3. Heat vegetable fat in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Scoop spoonfuls of the cabbage batter onto the hot frying pan, spreading them out to form small pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
5. Once cooked, remove the cabbage pancakes from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
6. Serve hot and enjoy your cabbage pancakes!
