Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional garnish: chopped parsley


Instructions


1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the Mixture:

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3. Coat the Chicken:

Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels. Using a spoon or brush, generously coat each tender with the mayonnaise mixture on all sides.

4. Arrange on Baking Sheet:

Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each one.

5. Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C) and the top is golden and bubbly.

6. Optional Broil:

For an extra crispy top, broil the chicken for 1-2 minutes at the end, but keep a close eye to prevent burning.

7. Serve:

Let the tenders cool for a minute or two, then garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
