Homemade Ice Cream


 

4-Ingredient Creamy Homemade Ice Cream (Colorful & Flavorful)


Ingredients (Base for 1 flavor):


2 cups cold heavy whipping cream


1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk


1 tsp vanilla extract (or other flavoring)


Few drops of food coloring (optional, for visual appeal)

Instructions:


1. Whip the Cream:

In a large bowl, beat the cold cream until stiff peaks form.



2. Mix the Base:

In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and any food coloring or extract (e.g., strawberry, mango, or chocolate).



3. Fold Together:

Gently fold the whipped cream into the flavored condensed milk mixture until smooth and uniform.



4. Freeze:

Pour into a plastic container with a lid (like in your image). Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Flavor Variations:


Strawberry: Add 1 tsp strawberry extract + pink food coloring


Vanilla: Use plain vanilla with no color


Mango: Add 1 tsp mango essence + orange/yellow coloring


Chocolate: Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder to the condensed milk before folding

Yields: About 1.5 quarts per batch


Tip: For a tri-color version like in your photo, split the base into portions and flavor/color each separately before freezing side-by-side.
