Miracle Drink


 Miracle Drink: No Pain in a Week (Joints, Legs & Back)


  Ingredients:


1 cup water


1 tsp turmeric powder


1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or ½ tsp powdered ginger)


Juice of ½ lemon


1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)


1 tbsp honey (preferably raw)


A pinch of black pepper (boosts absorption of turmeric)

  Optional Add-Ins (for stronger effect):


½ tsp cinnamon powder (anti-inflammatory)


2 tbsp aloe vera juice (joint and skin health)


1/2 cup coconut water (hydration + electrolytes)

  How to Prepare:


1. Warm the water slightly (not boiling).



2. Add all the ingredients and stir very well until dissolved.



3. Drink once daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
