1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, finely chopped or ground
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (or almond flour for a low-carb option)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or green onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Oil for frying (vegetable, canola, or olive oil)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the mixture:
