Chocolate Chip Banana Bread


 Chocolate Chip Banana Bread recipe that's moist, sweet, and loaded with chocolatey goodness!


Ingredients:


3 ripe bananas, mashed


½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted


¾ cup brown sugar (or granulated sugar)


2 eggs


1 tsp vanilla extract


1 ½ cups all-purpose flour


1 tsp baking soda


½ tsp salt


½ tsp cinnamon (optional)


¾ cup chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)



Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.



2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas and melted butter until smooth.



3. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.



4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.



5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.



6. Fold in chocolate chips.



7. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.



8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (a few melted chocolate streaks are fine).



9. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.




Enjoy a slice warm or at room temperature—perfect with a cup of coffee or as a sweet snack
