1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup diced pickles
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup chopped red onion
For the Creamy Cheese Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
Prepare the Cheese Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until smooth. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese melts into a creamy sauce. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Burrito:
Lay a flour tortilla flat and add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese. Spoon on the cooked ground beef, followed by crumbled bacon, diced pickles, diced tomatoes, and chopped red onion. Drizzle with creamy cheese sauce.
Wrap and Toast:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly into a burrito. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and toast the burrito seam-side down until golden brown and crispy. Flip and toast the other side.
Serve:
Slice in half and serve warm with extra cheese sauce for dipping. Enjoy this huge, cheesy, bacon-packed burrito!
